The Board of Directors meets quarterly. The spouse of each Board Member is invited to serve as a Board Advisor. The Board Advisors are invited to attend and participate in the Board meetings. They also receive the Minutes from the Board meetings to keep them fully informed. The Board respects and values their wisdom, discernment, experience, expertise, insights, and perspective. Board Advisors are included and valued rather than being left alone while their spouse attends Board meetings. The Board Advisors have a voice without a vote. This approach brings wonderful harmony and unity to the Board of Directors.
